What access does Drackle need?+

Read-only OAuth to Stripe and to your auth provider — Clerk, Supabase Auth, or Firebase Auth. No SDK to install, no warehouse to stand up, and access can be revoked at any time without touching your product. If you use PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, an optional read scope adds usage signals to scoring.

How does the holdout actually work?+

Each campaign randomly assigns a share of eligible users — typically 10–20% — to a control group that is never contacted or nudged. Both groups are measured over the same window with the same conversion definition. Reported lift is treated minus holdout, shown with a two-proportion significance test next to it.

What if a campaign doesn't beat its holdout?+

Then it created no provable revenue, the performance fee on it is $0, and the ledger says so plainly. Campaigns that trail their holdout are paused rather than argued for.

Will Drackle spam my users?+

No. Actions are limited to in-product prompts, lifecycle email sent from your own domain, and Slack drafts your team sends personally. Global frequency caps apply per user across every campaign, and cold outbound does not exist in the product.

How long does setup take?+

Two OAuth connections — most teams finish in under an hour. Scoring runs on your historical Stripe and auth data the same day, and the first campaigns, with their holdouts, are usually live within the week.

How is this different from Pocus, Toplyne, or MadKudu?+

Those products sold scores and left attribution to trust; onboarding assumed a warehouse and engineering time; pricing assumed an enterprise budget. Drackle connects read-only in an afternoon, acts on its own scores, and bills on lift measured against a randomized holdout. If it can't prove the revenue, you don't pay for the revenue.
